Ok, well maybe not THAT drastic, but I'm TICKED OFF with Snapfish right now!!! I got an email saying I get a free (plus S&H) 8x10 print for Mother's Day, just for being a snapfish customer! yay! I'm good with free, and shipping only worked out to be $.99. So I'm putting in my new address, going through checkout, it shows my coupon applied, and my total is $.99, so I push Order, or Check Out, or whatever their dealy button says, and my receipt says, basically, THANKS for the $3.98! We'll be shipping you your order in a few days....
wait, $3.98??? what the hell!!! They said free, and only S&H was to apply, and it SHOWED my coupon being applied, but as soon as I push buy, they sneak in and take my $2.99. I know, it's not much, but it's the PRINCIPLE of the darn thing.....
So I emailed them asking them WHAT'S THE DEAL!!! We'll see what my response is.... Better be good! Or no more Snapfish for me...... And to think I really enjoyed using this company!!

Please accept my apologies for the bug with our 8x10 coupon. We processed refunds for everyone who was bitten by it on Mother's Day and it should have posted to your credit card account already. Please let us know if it hasn't. I do honestly hope to keep you as a customer.
